At The Wild Walnut in Lawrence, Otago we have been making preserves since 1997, today we have taken the classic favourites and introduced a modern spin.

All our preserves are made, bottled and labelled on the premises.  We use only the finest natural ingredients, buying from local growers in Otago ensuring that only high quality fresh produce is used.

We like to make the most of seasonal opportunities.  This means that some items may be one-off's or of limited availability.
